dog story..

the dogs were gathering and barking then in the middle was a puppy lying on the road, shivering and puked blood.. I was so panic, I got down from bike and take a look if I can help.. what had happen to the puppy? the body is perfect but the nose bleeding and blood from its mouth. what can I do to help the puppy?

unfortunately one of the female dog attacked.. I forgive the dog for being protective to the puppy.. I was so helpless and now I am very sad.. heartbroken, i can't do anything to help the puppy except watching it suffering.. i have no courage to take the puppy.. what if the puppy has internal injury?

Please tell me what can I do!!!! and the puppy's mother keep barking at my dog.. what happened?
