confession of a rejected girl..

This is not the first time I was rejected by so many things.. no universities, no JPA, no matrix..I was so glad that form 6 accepted me but now I can't even change to the stream I want.. I have no good reason to change, based on my result they won't let me change to Art stream, I am so frustrated now.. I can't describe all these bad feelings mix up.. if they didn't approve me after I appeal, the last choice is drop school.. Please help me because I don't want to.. T.T
